Hi I’m Jess! – I’m a crafter, cooker/ baker, DIYer, and dog mom living in New Jersey!

Since as far back as I can remember I’ve always loved to create things. Yes, like most girls growing up in the 90’s it started with making things in my easy bake oven but I didn’t stop there. I made homemade jewelry, Christmas ornaments and pretty much anything else I could get my hands on.

This love to create has transitioned with me into adulthood but now takes the form of cooking, DIY’s and crafts. I love to cook and bake because it’s one of the most rewarding creative projects and doesn’t require a glue gun (usually). Outside of the kitchen I love to make wreaths, gift baskets, scrapbook, DIY furniture, decorate for holidays, plan theme parties or do anything else where I get to be creative.

I’m a dog mom to my first dog Tux named fbecause he looks like he’s wearing a tuxedo. He’s got his own Instagram, Tuxdini_the_boston_terrier because my hope is that one day he’ll pay the bills, or at least his own bills! His Instagram is really just a place for me to shamelessly post photos of him and the ridiculous /ridiculously cute things he does.
