Homemade Acai Bowls

I mixed it up for breakfast this week with homemade acai bowls, seriously delicious! The ingredients are simpler than you’d think and homemade is a fraction of the price. 🙂 My version is the cost of 2-3 bowls from a popular chain but these homemade recipes will easily make 12-15 bowls! I made two different recipes and have been mixing up the toppings for variety. The best part is you can prep the bowl ahead of time and eat them as you like! I made the base of the bowl and stuck it in the freezer, to eat I popped it in the microwave for 30 second intervals, stir until it hits my desired texture than top and enjoy! Check out my shopping list and recipes below!
